The State Property Authority is committed to providing a safe working environment for its service providers. As part of our strategy, the State Property Authority has introduced the SPA Helpdesk as a platform supporting our work order system and the procedures relating to contractor management.

 

The State Property Authority is dedicated to meeting its responsibilities under AS4801 OH&S and providing a safe working environment. This commitment extends to all contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of services to properties owned or under the management of The State Property Authority.  This responsibility includes monitoring contractors to ensure work is conducted in a safe manner and that the workplace is maintained in a safe condition.

 

Contractors are unable to proceed with works on any the State Property Authority site without successfully completing the online induction. At the completion of this induction you will be issued with your unique SPA Personal Induction Number (PIN) that you be required to remember and enter when signing in at a State Property Authority site.

 

Within 21 days you will be sent a SPA Induction Card with all your personal details. Please ensure you have this with you at all times as a form of identification to SPA and occupiers of our managed properties.
